1. Service Agreement:

These Terms of Service, along with any written or verbal agreements, including but not limited to service quotes, booking confirmations, and specific instructions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luna's House Cleaning for the provision of cleaning services.

We agree to provide the cleaning services as outlined in your booking confirmation or agreed-upon service plan. You agree to pay the fees associated with these services as outlined in our pricing schedule or quoted price.

2. Booking and Scheduling:

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our designated channels (e.g., phone, email, website).

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times. However, availability is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the size and condition of your property, specific cleaning needs, and any potential hazards or special instructions.

Any changes to the agreed-upon service (e.g., adding extra rooms, specific tasks) may result in adjustments to the quoted price and/or service duration. We will communicate any such changes to you for approval.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, severe weather conditions). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date and time.

3. Access to Property:

You are responsible for providing our cleaning team with safe and unimpeded access to your property on the scheduled service date and time.

This may include providing keys, access codes, or ensuring someone is home to grant entry.

If our team is unable to access your property due to your failure to provide access, a cancellation fee may apply as outlined in Section 6.

4. Our Cleaning Services:

We will provide the cleaning services with reasonable care and skill, using standard cleaning products and equipment.

While we take precautions to avoid damage, accidents can happen. We are not liable for minor damages that may occur during cleaning, provided they are not a result of negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for the cleaning or handling of hazardous materials, biohazards, or excessive clutter that prevents safe and effective cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse service in such situations.

We do not provide services such as laundry, dishwashing (unless specifically agreed upon), pet waste removal, or moving heavy furniture (unless specifically agreed upon and with appropriate precautions).

5. Your Responsibilities:

Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning team, free from known hazards.

Secure any valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our team arrives.

Ensure that pets are safely secured or removed from the areas being cleaned.

Inform us of any specific cleaning products you prefer us to use (you may need to provide them).
